Four Pillars (Australia) Bloody Shiraz Gin 37.8% 700ml

An incredibly rich, deep purple colour, which turns iridescent pink when mixed with tonic or soda. Aromatically it has fresh pine needles, citrus and spice, and a peppery, dense raspberry character. The palate is lovely and sweet with a long juniper finish.

Four Pillars Gin is a craft distillery based in Healesville in Melbourne’s Yarra Valley. Founded in 2013, they make gin. Actually they make gins, plural. From their original multi-award winning Rare Dry Gin to the only gin in the world made just for a Negroni, from a Navy Strength Gin that is best in its class to their entirely unique Bloody Shiraz Gin. 

And they are always based on the four pillars of great copper stills, pristine Yarra Valley water, traditional, exotic and native botanicals, and a massive amount of love and attention to detail at every stage of the production process. Four Pillars is an Australian gin distillery located in the famous wine region – the Yarra Valley (an hour outside of Melbourne). Four Pillars launched in 2013 and since then has gone on to become Australia’s number 1 cra! spirit, available in over 25 markets around the world.

Fresh Yuzu Gin, as the name suggests, is a bright, aromatic and (yes) fresh dry gin. The defining character is fresh yellow yuzu, grown in Victoria. The yuzu aromatics are an interesting mix of lemon, mandarin, cumquat and grapefruit – all bright, fresh citrus notes. Finger lime adds some deeper citrus character.
