Sourced from the Murray Darling region of New South Wales. The soft, sweet fruit profile and medium tannin structure of this Malbec makes it a great pair to softer meats and those with delicious, sweeter marinades.

Malbec is Australia’s juicy, fruit-forward style. The sweet vanilla oak that is used is complimentary to the fruit-forward style, but it’s not dominant. Medium bodied & medium soft tannin.

You can pair it with chicken, lean cuts of beef, turkey, chicken and even ostrich.
