Bardolino Chiaretto is a top quality Italian rose, super dry and a touch tannic. Grapes are from the shores of lake Garda.

A blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. These grapes are most famous for producing Italy's famous Amarone red wines.

At just 12%, it's fresh and elegant, with youthful notes of cherry, raspberry and strawberry.

Try with Smoked Salmon salads. Delightful.

Italia (Abruzzo Italy) 2022 DOC Montepulciano d’Abruzzo

Aromas and plum and black cherry with a hint of spice. The palate combines ripe, redcurrant and blackberry fruit with a bright, savoury finish.

Produced from selected parcels of Montepulciano grapes grown in the Chieti province of Abruzzo, on southeast Italy’s Adriatic coast. Hand-harvested from low-yielding 30-50 year old vines. Fermentation takes place in small batches at 28-30ºC, with daily pumping over, and the skins are left in contact with the fermenting wine for 10 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to Adria’s cellars for a brief maturation prior to bottling.

Match with pasta dishes with meat or tomato sauces, pizza, grilled and barbecued meats.

Italia (Puglia Italy) 2022 IGT Sangiovese

A medium bodied, everyday drinking red with aromas of red berry and damson fruit. Fresh and lively on the palate with ripe berry fruit balanced by tangy acidity and quite firm tannins leading to a warm, spicy finish.

Fermentation took place at 28 to 30C with 10 days on the skins and daily pumping over. After malolactic fermentation the wine was transferred to Adria’s cellars where it is bottled.

Ideal with simple pasta tossed in butter and Parmesan or with tomato based sauces
