Returns Policy for Damaged and Spoiled Wines, and Wines You Just Don't Like

Winesale offers a FREE 90 day returns policy. If any or all of the wines that we send you are broken or spoiled, or you just don't like them, please notify us within 90 days of purchase.  We will organise the collection of the goods (at no charge to you), and refund for, either the whole case or just the affected bottles - whichever you decide, no questions asked. 

We will reimburse the agreed amount as soon as the bottles have arrived to our warehouse at 25 Toop Street, Seaview, Lower Hutt 5010.

Returns Policy for Sale or Return Wines (weddings and functions)

We offer Sale or Return on wines for large functions (over 60 bottles) if agreed at the time of purchase.  We have no limit on the amount of wines that can be returned, however they need to be returned to our warehouse within one month of the function and they need to be returned in a resaleable condition - meaning no label damage etc.

You can either arrange the return of the wine to us at 25 Toop Street, Seaview, Lower Hutt 5010, or we can arrange the excess wine to be picked up by our couriers. If the wine is picked up by our couriers we will deduct the cost of collection from the refund for the excess wine.

Refunds for Sale or Return wines will be made into your designated account within 7 working days of the wine arriving at our warhouse.
