Trophy "Best Spanish White Wine" - International Wine Challenge
(2022 Vintage)

On a hill, overlooking the Miño River and close to the Atlantic Ocean, are the vineyards of the Altos de Torona Winery, where Albariño grapes are mainly grown, as well as other native Galician varieties such as Godello, Caíño and Loureira. These strains give rise to wines with an Atlantic character, with a marked typicity, freshness and elegance.

The Altos de Torona winery carries out sustainable viticulture and oenology, protected under the Action and Conservation Plan for Biodiversity.  A commitment to the ecosystem inhabits the vineyards and is reflected in the quality and personality of its wine.

Pretty aromas of white stone fruit and a fresh, citrus minerality. The palate is zesty and fresh but also juicy with mouth-watering acidity and an apricot blossom finish. A great match with fish cakes, seafood and fish tacos.
