"Made with Pinot Noir and Cabernet there’s a lovely lift and core fruit scents of strawberry and cherry flesh, some cranberry and mineral clay earthy qualities. Fresh, dry and gently spritzed on the palate with flavours dancing and reflecting the bouquet. There’s a floral quality and juicy fleshy texture, balnaced, fresh and well made with a lengthy refreshing finish." Cam Douglas
