"Bright, even, pale straw-yellow. The nose is fresh, with citrus, apple, pear and a suggestion of stonefruit and melon, interweaved white floral and a touch of white spice. Medium-full bodied, vivid aromas of apple, pear and citrus peels fill the palate, unfolding melon, stonefruit and white floral. The fruit is concentrated and voluminous. The creamy mouthfeel flows along with a dusty phenolic texture and lively acidity. This is a vibrant and generous white blend with excellent concentration, acidity and texture. Match with pulled pork and baked fish over the next 3 years. Fruit from Sea vineyard in Te Awanga, a blend of 55% Pinot Gris, 45% Viognier, whole bunch pressed, fermented and aged on light lees in tank for 20 months. 13.5% alc.

"Our signature aromatic white blend returns for the 2021 vintage. This wine has a lovely bouquet of white peach and pear, hints of a floral aroma, layered with mineral with a fresh palate. A beautiful wine which can be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with seafood or asian dishes."
