Supplier Mega Vintage Clearance

5 Stars (93 Points) - Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
"Bright and intensely aromatic, the wine shows passionfruit, kaffir lime, fig and green apple notes on the nose, leading to a fabulously flavoursome palate that's succulent and lingering. Splendidly expressive and highly enjoyable. At its best: now to 2025." Sam Kim

Last time we marketed this wine under a mystery offering we sold almost a container of it! To this date it is still the biggest mystery deal we've ever done. Now the supplier has taken the gloves off and let us market the wine under the full glory of its original label for the very last of this exceptional vintage.

Mansion House Bay, which is located at Kawau Island in the upper North Island of New Zealand, is the second label of Whitehaven Wines, one of the most internationally well respected Marlborough wineries. This range of wines are made from 100% Marlborough fruit in the classic Marlborough style.

The 2022 Mansion House Bay Sauvignon Blanc has a fine and elegant palate with flavours of grapefruit, lime, white peach and varietal herbaceous notes.  Clean and dry on the finish, this is a medium bodied wine that leaves the palate fresh and wanting more.

This wine is ready to be enjoyed now or within three to five years of the vintage date.

Try this wine with fresh seafood, including Marlborough’s famous green-shell mussels, summer salads, poultry and goat’s cheese
