This Growers Collection Chardonnay is sourced from parcels on the Gimblett Road in Hawkes Bay and the wineries Gisborne Site. Labelled as East Coast. Fruit is fermated in a mix of stainless steel and small oak bariques. Bright yet elegant, fully-concentrated aroma of tropical fruit, pineapple with layers of peach and nectarine and spicy oak, a clean and textured wine showing lifted aromatics and freshness. Medium-bodied, a firm and concentrated core of fresh acidity with ripe fruit and a smooth texture adding smoothness to the palate.

Match with poultry, pork and veal dishes over the next 4+ years.
