50% Xarel·lo - 30% Macabeo - 20% Parellada
Bohigas Reserva cavas are aged in the cellar for at least 15 months, most more. The bottles are then clarified and disgorged. 

Winemakers note
"Pale yellow colour. Constant and small bubble. Foam of great persistence. Very fruity aromas of white fruit (acid apple and pear) on shades of peel of citrics and white flowers. In the background, some spicy notes owed to ageing (cinnamon) and cookies. It is a well-structured "cava" in the mouth. Well picked up over its acidity that tenses it overall from beginning to end. The bubble lends a creamy feeling, and it gives volume and softness to the structure that returns acidity and widens the aromas of white fruits and spices that are repeated in the mouth. Its balanced end harmonizes its acidity, and leaves a memory of freshness and volume owing to its light sugar content."

Duck Point (East Coast) 2024 NZ Pinot Gris

Medium dry style of Pinot Gris has a delicate balance of stone fruit and ripe pear flavours. The ripe pear and candied fruit aromas jump out of the glass and leaves your senses with a exotic scented freshness. With the restrained acidity and balanced dryness, this wine has a lovely lasting pear flavour finish, best enjoyed on a sunny summers day.

Ripe scented tropical fruit and herbal aromatics lead into a salivating saline palate, with lively acid surrounding a core of fresh citrus fruit flavours.

The grapes for this wine were harvested in our Marlborough vineyard and transported to a contract facility for dejuicing and settling. The clear juice was transported by road tanker to our Katikati winery where it was fermented in stainless steel tanks.

Mill Road (NZ) Rosé

Tasting Note - Aromas of bright red fruits and wild flowers. The palate is clean, fresh, and lively. The delicious strawberries and cream finish is long and memorable. 

Winemaking - The grapes for this wine were sourced from three of our Hawkes Bay vineyards – Riverview, Kinross, and Colefield. The grapes were machine-harvested and transported to our Riverview winery, where they were pressed off immediately to limit colour extraction. The juice was settled, then racked off for fermentation using a variety of yeasts, but primarily Actiflore Rose. The resulting wines were transported to our Katikati winery, where they were finished and bottled over time.

This delicious Syrah conveys blueberry, black fruits and subtle spice, with hints of white pepper and liquorice, with a lingering finish of toasty oak. Full bodied and imbued with supple integrated tannins makes this wine complex and savoury.

The Tea Tree Gully runs through the Mt. Lofty Ranges in the Adelaide foothills

Sweet dark fruit aromas of blueberry, plum and blackcurrant. The nose is fragrant with clove and toasted nut aromas. The palate is rounded with succulent flavours of ainseed, vibrant dark fruit, pepper and chocolate. Firm, dry tannins, subtle oak and rich well balanced aged characteristics
