The first release in the Seasonal Festival Collection, the Roku Gin Sakura Bloom Edition is crafted to capture the essence of Sakura in bloom, a fleeting phenomenon that transforms Japan into a sea of color and delicate fragrances each spring. Lasting only two weeks, the Sakura bloom is enjoyed at its peak by millions of Japanese people in a ritual known as Hanami, or ‘flower viewing’. Taking inspiration from the ephemeral beauty of cherry blossom, this special edition Roku Gin harnesses the brightness and freshness of Sakura for you to enjoy year-round. The blossom imparts an elegant floral taste layered with hints of saltiness, underpinned by a delicately complex blend of botanicals that enhances this Japanese gin’s natural flavors. This limited edition bottling is the first in a series which celebrates Japanese festivals inspired by “Shun” – the sensibility of enjoying seasonal moments at their peak.

Blended with Southern Alps spring water, Scapegrace Gin (Rogue Society Gin) is found in all good bars across NZ, makes a great gin and tonic and mixes well in cocktails.

Scapegrace (NZ) Black Gin 41.6% 700ml

A particularly intriguing expression from New Zealand's Scapegrape - a black gin! It gets its dark hue from its botanicals, which include aronia berry, butterfly pea, saffron, pineapple and sweet potato, among others. What's more, the spirit changes colour when mixed with tonic water, becoming a various shades of pink and blue.

First, we distil our award-winning London Dry Gin on our copper stills. Then we leave it to rest on wild sloe berries, picked in the autumn. The result is a truly handmade sloe gin that is subtle, complex and bursting with flavour. 

Each autumn our sloe berries (a hedgerow fruit in the plum family) are picked and left to rest with our London Dry Gin. Year-on-year the harvests vary due to the ever changing, unpredictable weather. Much like a good wine, every vintage that we produce has its own wonderfully unique character.

Strange Nature (New zealand) 44% 700ml

Grown in New Zealand’s famous winemaking  regions, every aspect of our lovinglycrafted gin is traceable. Unlike others  the base alcohol to Strange Nature has true  terroir, starting its life in a Kiwi vineyard certified  through Sustainable Winegrowing, we can pinpoint the  roots behind each and every batch.

We found our origins in  (or rather, out of) alcoholremoved New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc wine. When the alcohol  is gently removed from the  wine, the aroma and flavour  is preserved to create a  fresh, vibrant white spirit  grown from grapes. After 18 months of trials,  we settled on double  distillation with one  botanical - juniper, what we  saw as the most expressive  style, a perfect marriage  with our natural alcohol. Strange Nature bears all the  quintessential flavours of its  unique Sauvignon Blanc origins.  Aromatic and fruity, it’s  part tropical and zesty, part  herbaceous.

The Botanist is an artisanal Islay gin made by Bruichladdich Distillery. It is one of two gins made on Islay, and is distinctive for its addition to the nine customary gin aromatics of a further 22 locally picked wild Islay botanicals.
