This is a vibrant cool climate Rosé, pale pink in the glass with effusive aromas of strawberry and melon on the nose. The palate is lively with raspberry and peachy flavours balanced with a smooth fresh fruity finish.

The fruit for this wine was sourced from mature vineyards in the Wairarapa that consistently produce outstanding grapes. The majority of the fruit was gently pressed off immediately, while a smaller portion had more prolonged skin contact to extract colour. The juice was then fermented at cool temperatures with aromatic yeast to capture the beautiful fresh aromas. After a short lees aging period the component wines were blended and prepared for early bottling.

Food Pairing: Delicious by itself or match with fresh fruit and cream, or chicken with feta, or fresh garden salad.
