16.5/20 pts - Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Wine Reviews
"Bright, even, pale salmon-pink. The nose is soft with attractive aromas of raspberry, strawberry and stonefruit entwined with blossom and a hint of citrus peels. Medium-bodied, dry to taste, aromas of raspberry and strawberry melded with peach and a suggestion of melon, rose and citrus oil lingering to a dry, moderately long finish. Moderate acidity provides a line and balance to the ripe-flavoured fruit. This red-fruited Rosé with aromas of stonefruit and melon is straightforward and pleasing with a dry, floral finish. Serve as an aperitif or match with antipasto over the next 2 years. 12% alc."

Super fast to sell out last time. Winesale is delighted to bring this back again.

A blend of traditional Rhône grape varieties such as old vine Cinsault, Grenache Noir and Syrah. Sourced from the Languedoc and Costières de Nîmes. The Cinsault grapes are from particularly old vines in the Languedoc. The Grenache Noir and Syrah grow in Costières de Nîmes. All the grapes were harvested from about 4am in the morning to make sure they arrived cool at the winery. Each grape variety was harvested and pressed separately and then vinified at low temperatures to maintain the bright fruit characteristics.

A very fruity and mouth-filling yet ultimately dry Rosé, packed with juicy red berry flavours, a luscious texture and savoury finish. The Languedoc Cinsualt brings a touch of spice.

Perfect with fish and shellfish (of course) but also delicious with grilled chicken, salads or tomato based pasta.
