Produced by the same team that bought us the best-selling Martin's Pick Up range of wines. Dark purple in colour with red hues. Fresh plums and subtle vanilla oak with hints of violets and floral aromas. The generous silky palate has blueberry and plum fruit flavours, complimented by soft, supple tannins with hints of milk chocolate and warm spices. Bright fruit flavours linger during the long succulent finish.

Produced by the team that makes Martin's Pick Up. This delicious premium chardonnay is pale straw with green hues. Rich tropical fruit such as paw paw and mango, blossom notes combine with sweet spice. The wine has a savoury edge with flinty notes from the wild ferment. The flavours from the nose are balanced by the creamy mid palate and tight acid finish. A veritable fruit salad of flavours that linger well after consumption.

Good late winter and early spring rainfall replenished the soils. A mild, wet spring kept moisture levels up to the growing vines. Summer and autumn were mild and dry which was ideal for ripening the grapes and allowed us to harvest at the perfect ripeness.

The Michel Torino Coleccion wines are produced in a young "fruit forward" style, with pure varietal character and vineyard typicity. Minimal oak influence making them super approachable and quaffable. Each wine in the Coleccion range presents the true character of the varietal. The colour is crimson red, intense with sharpening black borders. Distinct plum aromas typical of this grape enhanced by cherry notes, rosemary hints and subtle chocolate traces due to its oak spell. Mouth-Filling plumy fruit . Sweet and firm, fine tannins. Balance with notes of cassis, hints of vanilla and a long round finish.
